John P. Paone, Jr., Esq., the founding and managing partner of the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, will co-moderate the 2024 MCBA Family Law Trial Practice Skills Series on September 12, 2024 (Pre-Trial and Trial Preparation), October 10, 2024 (Domestic Violence Trials), and December 12, 2024 (Dealing with Experts). Attendees will learn important trial strategies and gain the skillset necessary to try a family law case to conclusion. These presentations will take place at the Middlesex County Courthouse, 56 Paterson St, Ct Rm 201, New Brunswick, NJ from 2:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Mr. Paone has been practicing family law for over 35 years. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a member of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, and a past President of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
