John P. Paone, III, Esq., the Senior Associate of the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, will moderate an hour and a half lecture on the subject of cohabitation on December 10, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. via live webcast. In particular, Mr. Paone will address the different methods of private investigation and how they are utilized in cohabitation cases. Anthony DeLorenzo of All State Investigations will also participate in this live webcast as well as two other family law attorneys.
From 2013-2016, Mr. Paone served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey as a member of the Specialized Crime Unit. As a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Paone tried cases before juries and appeared before Superior Courts throughout the state. Before joining the Attorney General’s office, Mr. Paone served as a law student extern to the Hon. Barry Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court and upon graduating from law school he served as a Chancery Division law clerk to the Hon. Glenn Berman and later the Hon. Ann McCormick.
Locally, he is a member of the Monmouth, Middlesex, and New Jersey bar associations. Mr. Paone serves as a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
