John P. Paone, III joined the firm as an associate attorney in August 2016. From 2013-2016 John served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey. In that post, John was a member of the Specialized Crime Unit, tried cases before juries and appeared before Superior Courts throughout the state. Before joining the Attorney General’s office, John served as an extern to the Hon. Barry Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court and later as law clerk to the Hon. Glenn Berman and Hon. Ann McCormick of the Middlesex County Chancery Division.
John earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Muhlenberg College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he graduated Cum Laude and served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
John is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association Family Law Committee and his practice with the firm will focus on family law, divorce and domestic violence.
